Mentoring Approach

The Mentoring Approach

Our young English Mentors apply their recent success in education to motivate and build confidence in their students.

Equally, our ‘Senior Mentors’ facilitate our course modules, and have been selected because they are leading professionals in their fields.

Mentoring Students through Transitions

  • A Mentor provides individual guidance related to specific objectives. So good mentoring involves exceptional and proven levels of trust and expertise.
  • Our Mentors focus on the educational and practical life skills to develop individual and team confidence that these transitions require.
  • Our Mentors work with each student as an individual learner in the secure surroundings of English country houses, in groups of up to five.
  • The Mentor is chosen to match the detailed profile we build on each student before the course.
  • Each course is tailor made from a choice of specialist modules.
  • The Mentor guides the student through the modules. We hope the mentoring relationship will continue to develop after the course; and thus build a family of networks around the globe to benefit the student in the future.
